My actual working resume includes 'Dev Express', MVC, and of course many years of C#. Your details are very vague. It's hard to know what to bid, or to create for milestones. I have the time. Here in the US, I have just one other non-freelancer client that has less and less work for me. I would like to know what area of business this application is for? Medical, Automotive, Government...? More details definitely need to be known, such as the ins and outs of data, or how the design of the MVC forms will be structured. How many of them will be needed? The project description calls for these specific skills. Is this because we are adapting to an already existing project? Adding to it?
