Create a small clone of a classic game in Unity

Hey Freelancers, I'm looking for someone to re-create a small game in Unity for me based on "Wetrix", and old game that used to be playable on the Nintendo 64. A brief description of the game; You have a playing field, and blocks fall like tetris blocks that either add or remove terrain, or add water - the goal is to not have the water leave the playing field and incenerating the water with a falling meteor gains you score. As an addition to the tetris blocks there's also a bomb that destroys an area around where it lands, and a hole that can be filled up by raising the terrain. The mechanics are simple and rotating a block by 90 degrees is the only different mechanic. You lose when too much water has left the playing field, and the goal is to get the highest score possible. An ending screen would be nice saying "game over" just like in the classic game, and the menu should just be a simple play/exit. I don't need anything fancy, just the gameplay mechanics and a "toonish" feeling to it and if possible examples on where to change and or add sounds/music.
