I have done some PDF processing projects in C# .Net using iTextSharp DLL. By using this same API, we can convert any files into the PDF files as per your specification. What I did not find in your job description is Do you have any specification on how the PDF file will be rendered. Do you have any marks or your company logo on that PDF file?
