C# Ordering Application

Looking to get a programmer to write a C# WPF application that will be used for supermarket ordering. The application will read CSV files for its configuration and generate CSV files as its output. The applications directory will contain the following folders: Bin -> Application DLL's and EXE's CSV -> CSV's of completed orders Config -> Application Configuration files Orders -> Orders Configuration files The Config directory will contain a file that will store: The location Name The location Number The first screen will show a list of orders that are able to be ordered. The list will be generated by the names of the csv files in the "Orders". Each of the different orders list will have different products. When the user selects an order from the list it will load the data from the csv file. The order csv files will contain the following syntax on the first line listing the email addresses the order will go to: email1,email2,email3,etc,etc, And the rest of the file aside from the groups will contain product name,item number,plu number,carton quantity, The file will then contain all the products which will be separated by groups. These groups will be displayed as tabs on the top of the ordering window, and when selected will change the products to be ordered. There will be a drop down list of numbers 1 to 5 to show order priority The display will show the product name, followed by the carton quantity and will allow the user to enter in the quantity required using the touch display (a number pad will be required to be displayed) and there will be a drop down list next to every product with numbers 1 to 5 to select product priority. Everytime a item is entered the application will save the order into the CSV directory in case of a system shutdown. If an order has been placed on the current day and the application has closed, it will repopulate the data when re-opened. When the user is finished they will be required to select a delivery day. The order file will be saved into the CSV directory and emailed to the email accounts on the top of the ordering directory. The output CSV file will contain the following format: location number, PO Number (must changed every order), Order Date, Processing Date, Order Priority,Product number,Product Priory, 1,Quantity,0,1 Mockups will be given of screen layouts if required, the application must run full screen.
