Algorithm Implementation

I am one of the best Polish programmers in algorithmic problem solving. I won several competitions which generally are about solving very similar problems to the one specified by you. I prefer C++ but I can also write C# code if you wish so. Before taking up the project I would like to clarify one thing. The Hershberger's algorithm is designed to calculate the minimum distance between a pair of points and it can be extended to calculate the minimum distance between one chosen point and m other points in O((m+n) log n) time, but to calculate the distance matrix we need to run it from every point so the total complexity would be O(m(n + m) log n). Is this the complexity you wanted (which means that desired complexity O(n log n) refers to the algorithm itself, not the entire program)?

I am very proficient in c and c++. I have 16 years c++ developing experience now, and have worked for more than 6 years. Have handle something similar in past to get the length of the glass used in the window pane where user can draw a line diagonally or in any other direction. System was suppose to get the glass size and send the request to the glass cutting department. Having experience of handling complex mathematical problems using c#.
