CSS tweaks, graphics changed, search fix

We have a website through the Photoshelter service and are looking to do a few tweaks to the design. We would like to standardize the fonts, align text, switch out some icons/buttons and our quick search feature currently defaults to a "or" result instead of "and". We would like the default to bring back results including all the words included, not just any of the words used. We will provide the html code Photoshelter provides for customization as well as screen grab mockups with clear notes indicating what we'd like to see changed. We are also open to feedback and suggestions to other features or upgrades the programmer may be able to offer on future projects. Links to our site will be provided to qualified bidders.
