Convert Adobe Illustrator Design to HTML/CSS/JS

I have an existing website where I want to add a new page. The design for this new page is ready. I will provide an .AI file with 12 images. Each image represents a different status of our app. (hover, disabled, dropdown open...) All of them will be combined into a single page. The coding should be pixel perfect to transparently work with the existing design. You can reuse our existing HTML/CSS from the other pages. The design will include javascript/jQuery coding. Include the word bazzinga in your bid so I could know you read this. If you know perl then that will be a bonus. You will be able to integrate your HTML code into our application. The app uses templates with .ep extension.
