ASAP Simple one-page layout from PSD to HTML

I'm looking for someone to get the layout (PSD) cut to HTML5, CSS. Simple, one page layout. I need it done ASAP. Layout is based on attached mashup (based on SyFy show mini-site). All the Javascript will be done by our developers, I just need good HTML and CSS coding. The layout (PNG, not PSD) is in the attachement. No Javascript is needed, but the navigation arrows should be prepared for integrating with Javascript code (the arrows near clips "Odcinek 1") There will be something like JQuery Tools Scrollable integrated there (so the 4 clips in one DIV, and then the arrows and that one DIV in one bigger DIV). Every text on the site must be in HTML (excluding Power Of Gaming and Sport Klub logos obviously). The elements like "Home", and "Odcinki" are options in the menu (so each other option: Cast, O Programie, Kontakt in the upper menu and Making of and Zdjecia in lower menu) can be hovered and should have CSS prepared for that.
