Create a System Dashboard

We have an online booking tool for corporate travel agencies that we would create a dashboard. The first step will consist in create the dasboard areas usings jquery drag and drop. We would like to have 3 different type of layouts for the charts and information. The second step is the creation of the gauges. The idea is to use the Google Charts, but the developer / freelancer can suggest another one. We the objective to create in this step at least 4 gauges: Sales Performance, Market Share and etc Each gauges will receive a json to be bind and will have a type of chart. Eg.: market share will receive a json with the amount of sale per airline and should be show in a pie or donut chart. The gauche can be drag and drop to other areas and should adapt the layout (width, height and information) according to the area where it is. Every gauche should have an automatic interval timer to update itself. Everything should work on IE 8+, Chrome and Firefox. It is very important the user experience and design. The json returned by the system will be define together with the freelancer and developed by us.
