Build a closet frame

Hello, I settle on a property on 21 March and move in on 24 March. I need a bedroom closet built on Tuesday 22 March or Wednesday 23 March; or as soon as possible. The ceilings are 2.7 metres high. We would like a closet covering the entire wall that measures 3.63 metres. The frame (door space opening) needs to have a 3 metre opening. The closet is to be 2.1 metres high with a chipboard or some type of top from which to hang the rails on the underside. These interior walls are solid brick that is rendered. The image shows the room with furniture of the previous owner. The room will be vacant.
