Changes to my current website and android app

I need following task done on by web and android application. check the link below [login to view URL] Task 1: We need to design for all screen devices. Task 2: The first task is to uplaod the pictures when the app is offline. NOTE: please do some restrictions for the take pictures, how many pictures ..... and the size Task 3: Improve the Design of Admin and Colbun App NOTE: DO the best designs. Task 4: We need to do a mark when user take a picture or write comments in a question of the survey. (the user area guys in the street take a survey, some time on line some times off line) NOTE: The mark is only for the user know when take a picture or write a comments Task 5; we need to made a message for the user when the user use the app offline and when user use the app in on line mode When the user use the off line… and the don´t donwload the surveis .. The apps say "You need donwload the survey for job in off line mode" in spanish "".Se deben bajar los CheckList para trabajo fuera de Linea. we need do many messages. NOTE: This message are a pop up notification Task 6: Ability to make an inspection at the same time in each round or visit the SSO supervisor (Inspector) context For creating inspections today is done one by one. According to the current workflow of Colbun, inspectors today performed the order of 3 daily inspections, which means to be created in the 1200 inspections administrator, administratively this is very time consuming. Possible alternative solutions. Alternative 1: It is possible when inspection is created add repetitions per day (3 times a day, every day of the month), as in the case of alerts checklist. Alternative 2: It is possible when inspection is created, it is assigned a supervisor and the app can make such inspections as needed. It is not the message that no inspections. Task 7: In the admin … we have a page call check list …..this fuction is for add the survey…. Wee need change the state ….invisible or not available. Task 8: See the Screen Shoot document ....
