Bulk Email Server

Set up a dedicated server and bulk email program and group my email list of 1.1 mil from excel to upload on email program to email, so as not to be flagged as spam. My list is made of Realtors and mortgage lenders. !) want to sell domain names that I own to real estate agents and lenders. Be able to email all agents in each area the domain for sale and get bids on it, selling to highest bidder. 2) want to set up website that offers Buyers, Sellers, and Borrowers, a link to an agent in each zip code. Then set up a site to sell each zip code to a Realtor from my list. 3)want to set up a web site that offers buyers a list of REOS ( Foreclosures) that is linked to each zip code, or area code, or city. Then email a web site to all Realtors that can buy each zip code, area code, or City. Their individual web site would be linked to the zip code that they have purchased. I have tried to set up a virtual dedicated server but have not been able to make it work for me. I need someone to do the work of setting it up and getting it operating. My list is in excel file.
