Coollege research and explanation for three goals

I have one college project. Goal of the project is that we have a travel company and the company is growing rapidly. The professor gave as a three question's where we need to write an explanation. We need for each of this three points write explanation for the project. QUESTIONS: 1. STATEMEN OF THE PROBLEM PROFESSOR GOAL: Clearly and succinctly defines the problem. DESCRIPTION: The rapid growth of our company over the past five years has reduced the sense of community among our staff. People no longer feel like part o fan intimate organization that values teamwork. 2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK PROFESSOR GOAL: Identifies exactly what will be covered by the reasearch and in the final report DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this study is to determine wheter social networking technology such as Facebook and socialtext would help rebuild a seonse of community within the workforce and wheter encouraging the use of such tools in the workplace will have any negative consequences. The study will attempt to assess the impact of social networks in other companies in terms of community-building, morale project communication and overll productivity. 3. SOURCES AND METHODS OF DANA COLLETION PROFESSOR GOAL: explains how the reaserarches will find the dana and information they need. DESCRIPTION: Dana collection will start with secondary research, including a review of recently published articles and studies on the use of social networking in business and a review of product information published by technology vendors. Primary researc will focus on an employee and management survey to uncover attitudes about social networking tools. We will also collect anecdotal evidence from bloggers and others with experience using networks in the workplace. We need a person who can fast make a research and who can write excellent explanation for this three question's regarding professor goal (goals is actually his explanation).
