Creating Academic Assessment Resources

My client is a registered training organisation (RTO) in Australia and requires all new assessments be written for several Australian business qualifications. This is not difficult work for someone who has some basic business experience and any business qualification. We will provide all templates and detailed instructions together with a sample already completed and all information required to complete the task. The qualifications are Certificate 1,2,3 & 4 , Diploma and Advanced Diploma.. We already have good quality learning resources but must make the assessments based on the content of the learning resource and also comply with Government requirements. I will provide the learning resources, which contains good quality case studies and sample assessments and quizzes, the government requirements (elements and criteria) , and you use the sample assessments to create new original assessments based on the learning resource and then map the assessment questions to the elements and criteria and also at the same time make a marking guide that shows where in the learning resource the answer resides. This may sound complicated, however we will help with the first unit and give extra time for completion You will need sound written English skills, some understanding of academic processes and possibly some business qualifications to do well in this project. A degree in business will be a definite advantage. To get a better idea of the project look at the Australian Government requirements. The questions in the assessment must satisfy the government requirements. The government does not tell us what question to ask, only the competency that we must address. it is up to you to create the questions. In the Learning Resources ( a workbook or mini text book) that we will provide, all of the answers are very obvious, and most are in the same order as the government requirements so they are easy to find. In this example, there are 10 units in the qualification, I will give you the list of which ones are in the qualification. The sample one BSBADM405 Organise meetings, if you search BSBADM405 , you will see the elements and criteria for that unit. The assessments must address each of the criteria and it must be mapped the show which question in the assessment satisfies the criteria. If you are unfamiliar with this type of work but have the academic background, please bid. I can do one unit in 1 to 4 hours depending on the level and complexity, I have 100s of units to do. You can do as many as you want in a week but I would like you to do at least 4 so you will be working a minimum of 4 to 16 hours.
