Content Rewrite

I am putting together a professional manual [ring binders] regarding business finance for my business but some of the information has been taken from other sources. While I require the content to stay the same, I need this part of it to be rewritten so I can't be accused of plagiarism or breaching copyright. The information is relevant for the Australian market and the amount of content is about 30 pages worth. There are no graphics. I need this job done asap so please reply asap.
