audio to text Transcription

I have 23 hours and 37 minutes of audio interviews in WMA format that I would like transcribed into a Microsoft Word .doc file. Some of the interviews were done over the phone, others face-to-face. The quality is loud and clear on 98 percent of the tracks. There are two speakers on most tracks -- interviewer and interviewee. There are two group interviews (four to five people) and one or two dual interviews -- two interviewees. The interviewees in all cases are American, English speaking men in there 80s. Accuracy is paramount. These audio tracks are part of a large WWII oral history project -- this is but the first round. If the price and product are competitive there could be upwards 200 more hours to convert over the next three years.
