Affiliate Site Conversions

I have a website promoting an affiliate product that has high gravity and seems to be selling well for others. The site is getting fairly descent traffic and has been for some time. The problem is conversion! Lots of opt ins but low conversions. The ideal candidate will have vast experience and a full understanding of what it takes to create a successful affiliate campaign. I'm looking for a comprehensive written report on what the issues are with the current site as well as detailed suggestions and strategies on getting this site more traffic and conversions. You need not posses all the skills required to rectify the problems but you need an understanding of what the issues are and come up with a straggly for resolving them. I am paying for an evaluation and report and may hire you to complete the work if it falls with in your skill set. Salary to negotiated. I've hired from here before for projects and have had both good and bad luck. You need English both spoken and written. Skype communication or similar.
