Clean SEO Keyword Package

We need an expert in SEO to get our site on the 1st page of Google, Yahoo and Bing when a visitor searches for keywords which will be provided. Below are the requirements, which are non-negotiable. If you do not have the mentioned skill or experience, please do not even bid on this project. 10 keywords will be delivered. Please write step-by-step what you will do. SEO should follow: - No SEO Spam techniques - No Black Hat methods (Only White Hat) - 100% No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text. - Links must be from Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days - No unethical methods - Links must be from U.S english websites only. - Link pages must be visible, readable, indexable & 'do follow' - Links must be permanent - One-way links only - No paid traffic sites. - No exchange programs, rented links, FFA sites - No banned sites, violent, illegal sites, etc. - Links that are not approved must be replaced by the service provider - Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active - No [login to view URL] blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text. - No Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, Flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc. - No use of automated software or bots. - No link farms, link exchange programs and web rings. - One link per domain only please. - Backlinks must be search engine friendly. NO redirects or cloaking - Page must not be dis-allowed by [login to view URL] and must be dofollow - Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. - Link pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 40 days. - No links from under construction pages. We will not pay if there are no results. 1st milestone: 50 % of the amount will be payed when the half of the keywords will be ranked #1 page within Top 5 2nd milestone: other 50 % will be payed when the second half of keywords are ranked #1 page within Top 5. ----- NO RESULTS -> NO PAYMENT ---- Important NOTE: If any of the rules above are not followed or violated, payment will NOT be provided.
