Copy Writing for UK Website - Lighting Products

We require a copy writer(s) with excellent English skills to write compelling product descriptions for our website, which is selling lighting products. We are looking for an individual or individual(s) who wish to become part of the ongoing project. Previously we have worked with writers who would charge us per word, and again I am happy to continue on this basis. Product descriptions would be based on bullet point data and an image, and the result should be 30 to 50 compelling words to sell this product to a website visitor relying on appealing the sense of "need and desire" to have the product that will be generated by the copy. There should also be a teaser line for the product which is 80 characters maximum and also a short description for the search result, which is approximately 20 words. Any further questions should be directed to me through this system. Initial bids received should include a section of copy for the attached product so we evaluate suitability to the product. The finished website will have around 2000 to 3000 products all of which will require copywriting, with additions constantly. This is a long term project for the right candidate. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
