Article Writer Ezine Jetsubmitter

I need a professional writer that has an account with ezine and or high ranking article submission websites. Writer must have a complete understanding of how SEO works. I will be writing my own material so all I will need is somebody to proof read it, clean up my bad grammar and submit it to ezine, jetsubmitter and other high ranking article websites. My goal is to generate lots of quality back links so the article must submitted with my link in the bio, keywords etc. A long, very long relationship is what I'm looking for, but having somebody with complete knowledge of how the SEO game works. Advice, direction, guidance, and? getting the work done within? a 24-48 hour period is preferred. If possible, I would like to see resumes of past work and experience. US only please.
