Hi, I need an article writing on data backups, the importance of data to organisations, and a review of some of the ways in which data backups can be performed. The article will be between 4000 and 5000 words and include the following: 1) A discussion on the importance of data, and how this is something that many individuals and organisation leglect on a regular basis, and the consequences of data loss to businesses along with legal consequences where appropriate. 2) The methods of data backup available to individuals and businesses, and a comparison of each with advantages and disadvantages under different conditions. These methods will include Floppy, CD, DVD, Tape Drive, Online Storage Devices, and Internet Based backup solutions where data is stored on a 3rd party server. Include the need for backups to be stored off site. 3) Special attention to Internet based backups which will allow an organisation to automatically create an offsite backup, and the benefits it offers over other options. This document should be written for non-technical people, and NOT intended for technical gurus. Assume that no technical jargon will be used, unless explained in detail earlier in the document.
