I am requiring a completed booklet on the good the bad and the ugly of all fruits and vegetables.
So the writer starts with A and finishes at Z. so the booklet would be in two parts the first part would be the A to Z of Vegatables and the second part would be A to Z of Fruits.
**The good** equals what goodness your body gets from this vegetable/fruit. The vitamins and what parts of the body are served by eating this.
**The bad** is what does the vegetable contain which would not be good for some one who has or suffers from an illness. The vitamins and what parts of the body are served by eating this.
**The Ugly** what irratations or dangers to anyone suffering from acne or any illness. The vitamins and what parts of the body are served by eating this. All the nasty stuff here please.
I am in simple terms looking for an up to date food bible in vegetables and fruit.
Please view Wikipedia which explains the difference to vegetable and fruits and also lists all the vegetables and fruits around the world. So what I need from you is an **unique booklet** on these vegatables and fruits.
