I need someone with excellent English writing skills to rewrite an article consisting of 2,300 words. The article is about "Duty to Warn" patients about safety in their eyeglass material. The article to rewrite is attached. The writer must be fluent in the English language and be able to read and rewrite sentences and paragraphs using proper English grammar and punctuation. The end result will be a new article that says the same thing but worded completely differently from the existing article. Bidders must be able to produce writing samples. Bid winner must complete the article withing FIVE DAYS (5 days) after project is awarded.

Here is a sample: The concept of "Duty to Warn" has become so much a standard optical practice that some eye care doctors and providers my just be droning it rather than practicing it. If they don't practice this, doctors offices or eye care providers might be liable for the results. While a great number of eye care providers know and practice the term, telling patients about impact resistant lenses, there are likely some, particularly those new to practice, who don't understand the term as it applies to working with patients and customers.
