You... -must be very experienced (show me your work history) -must know about ghosting/flagging/IP/Proxies/PVAs. -must be able to provide your own PVAs. -must have some kind of system so that I can check to see if the ads are not dead. -must be on Yahoo, AIM, Skype, Google, or some kind of system so we can chat often.
