Hello, we would like to have a website built for us. We will provide you with the graphic design work so all you will need to do is cut it up and program it in. There will be some design that we will ask you to do, primarily hovering effects and basic flash (show one picture, then the next, then the next).
You will need to use a CMS of your choice so that we can easily log in and add text/images and do basic html coding.
We will be adding real estate for sale but not a lot of properties, maybe only 5 or 10 on our site at one time. Each property will need to be able to add multiple pictures, and we need to be able to add documents to the property through the cms such as court deeds and other records. You will have to tell us the technical limitations of the cms you will be using so that we can appropriately do the graphic design work first.
We would like this completed with 7 days after awarding the project to the winning bidder.
We are very familiar with websites and have built several, but we will expect you to do whatever needs to be done to make it look good and work good without us having to tell you everything.
You will be able to communicate with us whenever you like to make to answer questions and make it efficient for you.
When you place a bid, if I am interested in discussing the project further with you I will send you a file showing you the general layout (the graphic design work is not yet completed but a box layout is).
