I believe that i'll be able to fit in perfectly with your specified requirements. I have almost 10 years of experience working in the callcenter business, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative both for AT&T and T-MOBILE,(my job as a csr involved answering general inquiries about the customer's DSL's ,homephone and cable accounts,including their billing concerns and technical concens as well). I was also a Quality Verifier for VBI company(my task was to screen every call made by an agent and verify if it was a valid sale or not), and I have also done some back office jobs for IBM( dispatching tickets and technicians to specific IBM clients which were in need of technical assistance/repair for their IBm hardware.
