Hello, THis is my third attempt on here. The first time, a user took $1500 from me and dissappeared. The second attempt, the person got in a car accident and I am still trying to get $800 back. I am trying to design a website with the following features: -IM/chat box(flash) -profiles -blogs -message board -picture rating - classifides -calender -to do list I will not spend more than $1600 on this project. I know exactly what I am looking for and need someone who has excellent communication skills. Someone who has made a dating site is a big bonus. Thanks.
