Collect education and job related information from web

I want a write who can search internet for various university, colleges, degrees and other educational services. For each university/college/course, there are certain information which need to be compiled; which will be used as one article in the web. Also search for various jobs posted on another websites. Although most of the information will be in the form of points and data feeding but this project also need writing as the compiled information has to be written in own language (about few sentence each entry). Payment will be $0.5 per entry which need to be made in the WordPress based website. Although not necessary but person with WordPress experience will be preferred. There is no limit on the number of entries to be made. I am looking for someone with long term commitment.
