Craigslist and Kijiji Daily Ad Postings

I am a real estate investor looking for assistance in placing ads on both Kijiji Canada and Craigslist Canada ([login to view URL] & [login to view URL]). I am a small business and this is a very important project for me and as such, I will only consider posters who are reliable, experienced with posting ads on BOTH Kijiji and Craigslist, and who read and meet my criteria as stated below. Please DO NOT BID if you cannot meet my requirements. Description: • I require an EXPERIENCED poster(s) to post approximately 20 ads total per day on both [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (10 ads on [login to view URL] and 10 ads on [login to view URL]). • I require ads to be posted primarily in the “Housing” and “Services” sections of each site with 1 or 2 ads to be posted in the “Personals” and “Community” sections of each site. I will.... • Provide you with all ads, including ad titles, content and pictures to be posted. The ads will be in Microsoft Word 2007 format and may include formatting such as colour, bold, italics etc. • Provide you with a list of cities (all within the Province of Ontario) that the ads need to be posted in. I will also provide you with a schedule of which cities I want the ads posted to on which days. • Provide you with instructions on which ads are to be placed in which categories. You must/will.... • You must have all the necessary phone verified accounts (PVAs), IP addresses, U.S. or other appropriately-based proxies, email addresses, Craigslist and Kijiji site accounts, captcha verification ability etc. in order to meet ALL of my criteria and fulfill ALL the terms of this ongoing project. (If you are not sure what this means, please DO NOT BID.) • You must have IP addresses that DO NOT GET GHOSTED. (If you are not sure what this means, please DO NOT BID.) • You must monitor all postings to ensure that the ads are not ghosted, deleted, flagged, removed or have otherwise become inactive for 24 hours after posting. • You must ensure that all ads on both sites STICK and are LIVE for 24 hours. Any ad which is ghosted, deleted, flagged, removed or otherwise becomes inactive prior to 24 hours after posting must be reposted. I WILL NOT PAY for ads that do not STICK or are otherwise ghosted etc. as per the above. • You must provide a detailed Microsoft Excel 2007 report to me on a DAILY basis via email, including links to all ads posted so that my personal assistant and I can verify that all ads are LIVE and have indeed been posted as per my requirements. My personal assistant and I will CHECK all 7 DAYS of the WEEK that ads are sticking and are live for 24 hours. Ads must be verifiable and searchable. • Ads must be posted 7 DAYS A WEEK. You must be available to post ads between 9am and 6pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-5). • You will be responsible for capturing all email responses to ads and forwarding those responses to one of my email addresses. • Good communication (both from me to you and you to me) is critical so you must be easy to communicate with on a daily basis through email, instant messaging etc. • You must also be open to making any suggestions to me regarding ad titles, ad content, spinning of ad content, rotation of ads etc. in order to avoid my ads being ghosted, deleted, flagged, removed or otherwise becoming inactive less than 24 hours after being posted. I will very much be looking to your EXPERIENCE to help me out in this regard and will be more than happy to pay for it. Payment: • My initial rate will be .25 cents per LIVE ad which meets ALL criteria as stated above and which STICKS. I WILL NOT PAY for ads that do not STICK or are otherwise ghosted etc. as per the above. Also, I will not pay if the detailed Excel live ad report including links is not forwarded to me on a daily basis. • This is an ongoing project to be done daily. Payment will be made weekly through GAF or through PayPal if you prefer. • I will consider raising my rate per LIVE ad once I have established that you can meet ALL of my criteria on a week over week basis. • Please note that before regular work is to begin, I will require a trial run of 10 ads (5 ads on [login to view URL] and 5 ads on [login to view URL]) to be posted in order to ensure that you can successfully post LIVE ads which STICK AND to ensure that you can meet ALL of my project criteria. If this trial run is successful, I will add payment for these 10 trial ads to your first week’s payment. Ideally, I am looking for a provider with whom I can establish a long-term working relationship. This job will continue on a monthly basis until further notice. Once I have established that you can meet ALL of my criteria on a week over week basis, I will certainly want to increase the number of ads to be posted, the categories and cities to be posted to and I will consider raising my rate per LIVE ad at that time.
