Overview:
We are seeking a data entry specialist who is highly skilled in Microsoft Excel to accurately enter business details from 1000 business cards into an excel spreadsheet in specified fields. You will have a high attention to detail when entering business cards and the ability to research missing data where required. You will also be required to add a business code type to each contact from a predetermined list. (Please see attachment "Copy of line of business").
Part One:
We will post to you 1000 business cards to be entered into an excel spreadsheet which we will provide you with (please see attachment "CustAddrAU").
Note: Once you have completed part one, you are required to forward the completed document to us for verification. The verification process may provide us with a smaller excel spreadsheet which has missing data or incorrect fields. If so, we will then send this back to you to continue with part two.
Part Two:
Data check for any errors that our verification process has identified (please see attachments "ContactList", "CustomerList" and "InvalidList" which I have provided as an example). You will need to use an internet search engine to research the business and update any details that you find.
We estimate the reoccurrence of these tasks to be weekly and ongoing.

I have past experience in entering business cards to excel, so it is not a new thing for me. I want to let you know that there is no attachment with the job description. You can send me some business cards as a sample to check my accuracy and i would enter them for you to decide about whether you would hire me or not. I also want to let you know that i would charge AUD35 in total for the complete job done because AUD30 would be my earning and AUD5 would be deducted by the freelancer as their fee.
