I sell online and after every transaction that I do I put in excel the model number, selling price, the merchant fees, the cost, the profit margin and profit markup each in a separate cell, and In a separate page I have the totals of each day and also each weeks total
What I am looking to do is instead of putting in each transaction manually I want to put it in once and have it saved and when I paste in that model number excel will do the rest and updating all the data
I also would like to know how many pieces I sold each month, week or day for future reorder
I have attached a sample of the information I did manually
As you can see in the daily page in the excel it keeps records of every days transaction but I don’t want it I need to be able to erase the daily transaction without losing the data
I just need to know the totals of all the daily information

I'm assuming others have said this as well but your bid range is probably too high for this scope of project. I could do it for $125USD (can't be lower on Freelancer since the bottom of the range is $250) if you are willing to change a little how the data is structured. By changing the structure you will be able to easily use pivot tables to summarize and analyze the data in a wide variety of formats. I have read the project and I think it would be nice to come out of excel for the job and we can create one simple form for you which would be stores on your pc only and connect to a database . That way hOh never ever lose data and you can view data or ads data only for particular day no problem
It would be easier and less cumbersome than excel
