Attorney Email Address Collection

We need email addresses to be collected for approx. 1400 attorneys and placed into a spreadsheet. We will provide you with the attorney's bar #, name, company name and address and we ask that you just fill in the email address. If there isn't an available email address, please fill in the field with N/A. Suggested Directions: - Search for the attorney/firm name online and look for the email address that matches with the attorney* If the Firm Name is not listed (some cases): - Go to: [login to view URL] and click on "Find" under "For the Public" - Enter the "Bar Card Number" and click "Submit" (this should pull up the attorney you are looking for) - Click on the Attorney and make sure the name matches with the name on the spreadsheet - Find the Firm Name for the Attorney and enter it on the spreadsheet *Attorneys will not always still be at the firm listed on spreadsheet or on www.texasbar.com. If this is the case, please search the internet and look for updated information. Make a note for any attorneys you cannot find. The website design will be different for each firm. The data collector should be good with navigating websites to find the faculty listings as required. The winning bid will be selected according to: price, speed, and previous experience.
