The Administrative Assistant position requires great customer service and organizational skills, the ability to communicate efficiently, strong time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to following through on projects and handle multiple tasks. The position requires at least two years prior administrative experience. In this position you will be responsible for a high volume of incoming phone calls, transferring of phone calls, scanning documents, data entry and other office related tasks. This is a full-time/ part time position, 40 hours per week. Benefits after 30 days. Candidates should be prepared to start immediately and to take on numerous responsibilities. Initial compensation will start at $25.00 to $30.00 hour QUALIFIED APPLICANT WILL HAVE: • High school degree or GED • Two years experience working in an office environment. • Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Ability to accurately type minimum 40 wpm. • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent communications skills • Ability to work well with others. • Good with photocopiers, fax machines, and personal computers. • Above average ability to handle/prioritize multiple tasks. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions reliably. • Excellent customer service skills • Positive and professional attitude • Ability to finish tasks in a timely manner.

I am a skilled virtual assistant,willing to start immediately and with my previous company I worked as an appointment setter who is tasked to set appointments for clients since its a real estate company and asked to do administrative task like bookkeeping, data entry and other office related tasks.I had 6 years experience in a business outsourcing process (BPO) company or somewhat called call center in the Philippines which makes me fit for this job since I can work and converse with different types of people and worked as an airline reservationist and ticketing agent, an airline which has also frequently been number one in fewest cancellations, baggage handling, and fewest over sales, I'm knowledgeable and sabre trained, sabre is the system use to book flight reservations, issue/reissue electronic tickets.I am hardworking, willing to work under pressure and with a team, excellent English communication skills and knowledgeable of computer software like microsoft word, excel and powerpoint
