Brief: You need to go to [login to view URL] to collect various colleges related data in a structured way. Keeping the data structured is extremely important, and obiouvly the data accuracy can not be compromised. Sample documents are attached which will help you understand how exactly data needs to be captured. [login to view URL] : This excel workbook has the sample data captured for one of the colleges, to demonstrate the format in which data needs to be captured. Method of capturing data: 1. Capture the data from for the URLs from [login to view URL] in the same order as presented. 2. Create a new sheet(tab) in the workbook using the slug (last part of url) of the college page as the name for the sheet. For e.g. In url [login to view URL], the slug is: iit-kharagpur 3. Incase there are any links in the page about college information, add data from those pages in another sheet using the slug of that URL as the name for the sheet. Some examples of such external links would be for Cut Offs, Seat Matrix etc. 4. All major headings will be highlighted as h2 in column A. In case there is only one data entry for that heading and is mentioned in same row in excel sheet, then it will be h2/d.
