Create Fusion Tables from attached excel

I need someone who can do the following: a) Use Google account b) Go to [login to view URL]:id=3 c) Copy this fusion table and create 14 different fusion tables using attached Excel sheets which are publicly shared: 1) Total Population - take all Fips (column B) and compare with GEO_ID2 and remove rows from Fusion Table. 2) Sub Optimal - take all Fips (column B) and compare with GEO_ID2 and remove rows from Fusion Table. 3) CoverageDelivery - take all Fips (column B) and compare with GEO_ID2 and ADD rows from Fusion Table. Please note - you just HAVE TO keep all FIPS from this list and NOT remove. 4....14 - similar to #3
