DMR data entry into spreadsheets 2

Contractor is given scans of hand written data entry forms. There are about 72 pages. The scans will be multi page TIF files or PDFs. On each page there are up to a dozen hand written numbers under certain row and column headings. These numbers will then be transcribed by the contractor into an Excel Spreadsheet. An example job will be provided showing how transcribed data is to be entered into a spreadsheet. Please see the uploaded file with this posting for detailed instructions as to how to proceed. Job is due in two submittals, 50% and then 100%. First is due in 24 hours from notice of award. Please note terms as described in the instructions: contractor will be paid through [login to view URL] upon completion of the 50% submittal for 50% of the fee and then 100% upon completion of 100% of the job.
