With more than 6 years of call centre experience, I believe I have the experience necessary to handle the unique challenges presented to the position.
I have an extensive experience as a customer service representative. I have been a part of the Back office/ Kana/Pic Team for more than 4 years and been the Lead Representative/POC since then. As the POC, I have been doing reports whenever my Coach is not around and that includes, attendance report, EOD for our team and Quality Data Report which develop my skills with MS Excel and report analysis. While doing these reports and working on my own stats, I also make sure that the team performs even if my Coach is not around and this role has honed strong team-working, communication and interpersonal skills, increasing my ability to work effectively under pressure.
As a data entry specialist, I also am detail-oriented. Rest assured all the data will be accurately entered, no more, no less.
