Data Entry for my Company

I'm looking for someone to collect names, address, and other information from voicemails which are online. You are to put them in the proper tabs on Microsoft Excel. Also, you must respond to emails in my one email address with a pre-made reply that I have prepared. Then you must collect names, addresses, etc. just like you would in the voicemails and prepare them for my mailing lists. This is a long-term project that we can agree upon a price, but work on a per-name price for long term work. Good english is a must when spelling names, cities and addresses. Also, a strong internet speed is needed for downloading voicemails online. A may have additional telemarketing help needed. But I'm not sure as of right now.
