I have cut and pasted approx 912 company contact's information from a website into a large MSWord doc. It has retained formatting. The original source is here: <[login to view URL]>. The Word file is attached here. I need the data cleaned into an Excel spreadsheet. Please see the attached spreadsheet which has the first 4 rows completed and which should act as a template for the completed work. There are more than 912 companies on the website. ie the Word file is not complete. What I'd like is a quote on two scenarios: 1. Using the Word file as the source and cleaning the data to fit into the Excel template provided. 2. Re-scraping the original website and getting the completed data set. I am guessing that this would make it approximately twice the size. Important things to note are that a. the number of contacts ie "WHO IS WHO" varies a lot.: b. the country currently appears at the end of address line two. I need it separated out. c. the "Exhibited Products" and "Destination" should be treated as Booleans each appearing under it's appropriate heading.
