 Suggestions and Implementation of new Procedure to be introduce.  Support and assistance to CPM, ZM and other user with IPR, PR and PO issues.  Generating IPR & PR Helping PO team to release the PO.  Analysis of Team Efficiency Improvement & scope.  Database maintenance and updating.  Routine tracking & controlling of Process, Activity carried out by team coordinators.  Sharing PO detail & resolving the PO Issues with Vendor on daily basis.  Periodic Pending PO Reconciliation with Vendor.  Managing and Maintaining MIS & vendor data.  Conducting training for different activity Process & Reports to be used in ERP.

After carefully reviewing the experience requirements of the job description, I feel that I am perfect for this job. I have done lots of data entry work such as inputting customer requests, inquire, tracking codes of products and price of products, scrap data from different types of web site, collect emails & enter them into excel, etc and so on. I also perform administrative duties including copying and faxing documents, transferring data, web research and reports to immediate supervisor. I have extensive knowledge of using MS programs such as Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Excel, data scraping and Word along with a number of other software and programs. I also possess extensive knowledge of database programs.
