data mining and mass emailing -- 3

I want someone to data mine / scrape and harvest large classified sites such as the entire craigslist and then use the mined contact information to run a successful mass email campaign , using a email system that has both a high inbox rate and one that has a returnable address I want this done on a monthly basis , Based on current available information the first mailing would be to roughly 500,000 contacts and after that avoiding redundant emailing there should be approximately 200,000 emails sent a month I need this product to be done immediately and done every month for the next 6 to 12 months I'm willing to pay between $750 and $1,500 every month the better the success rate the more I'm willing to pay
