Yes my experience is mach for this project o Programming in Ms Access Programme Generate New MIS For any Project o Reporting to head office level o To receive and disburse cash on approved vouchers according to NRSP approval policies. o To keep cash in safe and perform custodian function. o To maintain cash book for recording cash received and disbursed on daily basis. o To carry cash count in the beginning and end of cash workday and to reconcile physically counted cash with the cashbook. o To prepare cheques against approved bank payment vouchers and records the cheques in a separate cashbook for banking transaction. o To manage permits distribution in Sugar Mills JDW/dealing with Cane Departments. o To keep the cash/bank updated and reconciles the balance with the bank statement. o To make entries in advance register and keep it updated on daily basis. o To reconcile cash, bank and advances balance with the general register. o To make photocopies of vouchers related to regional offices. o Enters the receipts in the MIS or the recovery ledgers. o Deposits the cash/receipts into VCP Banks. o Record Disbursements in the MIS. o Extra reports including the MPR. o Reporting go credit at the regional level. o NRSP Computer MIS Programme Update with Programme Level.
