Data Entry work: 36,000 pdfs into database as full text files

We have a database we have created and we have records we are migrating from the legacy system. The legacy system containted pdfs and some scanned images(pdf) You will need to guarantee top quality for the work as you will be reading the pdfs and then pasting them into the matching entry in the database as free text. You have to preserve the formatting eg, where the content in pdf is bold, it will have to be like that in the free text type We will be providing the interested parties with the sample records and exact steps required to enter each record The data entry Process involves: The document files(data to be entered) is available as a pdf document in folder To get the corresponding db entry for that file, you need to either search for the case on the system or have one person dedicated to doing the matching. (from the information available, only around 14,000 have matches) Once you have a match of the file and the db entry, all that is needed to be done is replicate the contents of the file to the system while ensuring that all formatting on the file is preserved and quality is preserved
