Create Feed with added inventory (70) for: my personal website, Amazon and Sears inventory.

I typically sell on the above sites by creating inventory individually. I need a feed file for the 3 sites named above. I have already purchased a plug in for CSV uploads for my personal site. I prefer someone who fully understands English and is willing to complete this project for less than $200 and is willing to be paid according to completed milestones. I will send you an excel file with my inventory (70 products) that need to be posted / added to my existing inventory on Amazon and Sears. The same products on the excel file will need to be added to my personal website via the plug in (This site has NO inventory currently). Once you add to all sites I will need to understand the feeds so that I can continue using the files to manage my inventory by adding, deleting inventory to all three sites. I will post milestones that we both agree to which can be accepted if agreed upon so that we are on the same page. Thank You
