Hi, I have done similar work in fields involving multi-disciplinary applications and few of the projects focused on ANN and RF implementation. From the project description below, I am able to grasp that you would need a platform to build a modified neural net based credit evaluation system. Some of the ideas that can be coined here are 1. Application of evolutionary algorithms to optimize cost reduction , maybe utilise multi objective GA (NSGA II) to minimise an efficient cost function. 2. We can then compare the performance with the traditional back prop algorithm. I am comfortable to implement this in open source environment , Python or Matlab as per your convenience Python would allow more degree of freedom for us to tweak the intuitive logic for achieving better nets. I have had contributions to research in this area from roughly five years and my line of work was to engineer AI based tools for designing faster CVA (credit value adjustments) methods.
