Pdf forms are usually the most efficient way to fill with information but not for this project because some of the paragraph that need to be made dynamic are very large. The problem with that is that the pdf form has to cater for that space in advance. This should work fine if those the paragraph are selected. If not a big blank space will be left [see paragraph 36 as the best example, but the blank space syndrome will alslo exist in the bullet points of the Schedule 2 and other places. Whether this document is to be filled internally or externally, on this occasion a dynamic Word document form would work better. All the elements that have to remain static can be safely locked and only those dynamic elements can be filled or data selected appended. Percentage, multiple options, etc are all features that are possible with a Word form. A step further but not necessary is the popup form where you can enter information from the onset: loan over $50 million, rates, etc et the work is done behind the scene with some vba code added. This could fill some elements of the forms. The rest could be filled later. It all depends on your requirements. I can help you with any of your requirements and make as many amendments as you require until you are fully satisfied with the final form.
