Design and implement using Borland Delphi (and only with using native Delphi code) a non-visual component TFileTypeAnalyzer. The component is used to one thing and one thing only: to analyze the type of a given file. So in other words, the component would be able to say that a zip file is a zip compressed file. And no, the analyzis cannot be based on the filename or the file extension in any ways, only to the contents of the file. The component has only one method: Analyze(const Filename : String) : TFileTypeResult; Where TFileTypeResult = (ftZIP, ftRAR, ft7Z, ftACE, ftARJ, ftLHA, ftISO, ftDAA, ftNRG, ftBIN (= image file format), ftIMG, ftMP3, ftMPEG, ftAVI, ftWMV, ftMOV, ftFLV, ftJPG, ftPNG, ftGIF, ftEXE, ftHTML, ftCSS, ftTXT, ftPDF, ftDOC, ftODT, ftPPT, ftRTF, ftTIF, ftPSD, ftXLS, ftCHM, ftJAR, ftMSI, ftCAB, ftSQL, ftBAT, ftPAS, ftC, ftCPP, ftASM, ftBAS, ftJAVA, ftJS, ftVB, ftICO, ftCUR, ftVBS, ftCMD, ftWSF, ftXML, ftGenericCompressed, ftGenericASCII, ftUnknown); In other words, the component must support at least the detection of these file types. Feel free to add more common file types and I can give you a bonus as well. This site will probably become handy with this project [login to view URL] ;)
