bulk picture clipping and editing

I need someone who knows how to use microsoft powerpoint, and can make transparent backgrounds from pictures. I need a approx 40 product photos altered. I need the top half of the photo to have a transparent background. (this can be done in photoshop or clipping magic (which I have an account you can use). I have included pictures of the process and the finished picture that I need all the photos to look like. Once the transparent backgrounds are done, I need a wooden background put into every picture (I will supply wooden background) which is in a microsoft power point file. I also have some words on the picture that need to be colour matched to each picture. I then need each picture to be saved as 2 pictures (NOT Adobe) that is user friendly with microsoft word/powerpoint. I need one picture with the wording above it and one picture with the wording not there. (please see attached pictures for examples). The picture with no wording, I would like to be cut down a bit so that it is not as high as the picture with the wording.
