I didn't even realize you were not a native English speaker until I read the last line :) I've just gone through the attached schematic and I can assemble the circuit on a breadboard for you. However, my bid amount doesn't include the components, so you will have to buy them and send them to me. You could buy them off mouser and get them delivered at my place. It will take me an hour or so to assemble everything on the breadboard and make the video for you. My bid amount includes my time to assemble the project on a breadboard, and to troubleshoot if any errors are apparent. I think your project is very simple, but it is a little of troble to finish it soon. I can finish the project using two ways: firstly, I buy components( delivery time is 3 days ) and finish it on existing board with manual processing ( 2 days )，it takes about five days to finish the project. Secondly I design a PCB layout (1 day ) and buy components and produce boards ( 7 days ) and debug it ( 1 day ), it takes about nine days to finish the project.

i will build it with mc34063 chip. its very easy and cheapest ic and no need for external transistor. 3 resistor ( 1 for I shant + 2 for voltage ) + 3 cap ( 1 for freq - 2 for rectifier ) 1 self ( normal pre fixed ) 1 diod ( better to be shatcky )
