I will admit that I've never seen nor heard of the xLogix controllers until reading this job posting, but it seems up to the task. I have worked with a variety of PLC/PAC controllers, and I'm sure that this one will be easy enough to get along with. Most of my PLC experience comes from the power generation and substation automation world, and running a pump is familiar territory.
The notes that you have put together I believe give a good description of what you need to accomplish. Have you already purchased the parts and pieces? If you have, I'll need the particular models of all of the devices involved so that I can verify the terminal numbers, dimensions, etc.
My only real concern is the temperature sensing...as far as I know, the LM45 is a PCB-level temperature sensing device. Seems to me that designing a custom printed circuit board to drive the LM45 is outside the scope of what you are trying to accomplish. To that effect, my proposal is based on the assumption that the temperature sensing will be done using an "industry standard" voltage output device, and leave the details of that up to you.
I'm assuming that you want to put all of these devices inside an enclosure, so if you can provide the dimensions of the cabinet you have, I can add a physical layout drawing. If you havent purchased the parts and pieces yet, I can recommend easy-to-find ones for you, and include these in the documentation.
